Loony Little Things is a small shop run by kids, with parental supervision, selling hand-crafted 3D printed creations, stickers, and custom print orders. By using this website (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity on it. Please give us accurate contact and shipping information — we use it to fulfill your order and reach you if something comes up.
If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian's permission before making a purchase or submitting a custom request.
Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include shipping unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
Items are handmade in small batches, so occasionally something may sell out or need to be remade before it ships. If that happens, we'll reach out by email.
When you submit a custom request, you can attach an image or a CAD file (STL, OBJ, STEP, STP, 3MF, or F3D) to help us understand what you're picturing. By uploading a file, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission to share it, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
We'll review your request and send back a price quote before any payment is taken. Quotes are estimates based on print time and material and may need adjusting once we take a closer look at your file or description.
We will not print anything offensive, hateful, or inappropriate, and we reserve the right to reject any custom request, for any reason, at our sole discretion — including but not limited to requests that are not something we're able to print, or that involve content that's illegal, unsafe, offensive, or infringes on someone else's rights. If we decline a request, we'll let you know and refund any payment already made for it.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check it before submitting your order. Shipping times can vary depending on order volume and the complexity of what's being printed.
Because most of what we make is handmade or custom to your order, we're not able to accept returns simply for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Custom print orders that have already gone into production generally can't be cancelled, since materials and time have already gone into them. If you need to change or cancel a custom request, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Everything on this Site — product photos, descriptions, logos, and design — belongs to Loony Little Things unless stated otherwise, and is shared here so you can browse and shop, not to be copied or reused elsewhere without asking us first.
Please don't use the Site to break the law, interfere with how it works, or submit content (including custom request files or messages) that's abusive, fraudulent, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the Site.
We do our best to make sure everything we sell is well made and described accurately, but the Site and everything on it is provided "as is," without guarantees of any kind.
To the extent allowed by law, Loony Little Things isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of an item, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll post the update here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
